  • Access to bedrooms is only by stairs.

  • Ground floor - Lounge / dining room / treatment room / kitchen (no cooking allowed) / courtyard / common bathroom/toilet.

  • First Floor (20 steps from ground floor) - Bedroom 1 & 2. Room windows are triple glazed. Private bathroom in each bedroom.

  • Second Floor (40 steps from ground floor) - Bedroom 3 & 4. Room windows are triple glazed. Private bathroom in each bedroom.

  • Room 2 (Maltese Balcony) - Size 23 sq. m.

  • Room 4 (window) - Size 21 sq. m.

  • Third Floor - Laundry Room and Roof Terraces.

  • Adults only (from 16 years).

  • Regretfully, not suitable for the disabled and for walking impaired people.

  • Town centre location: expect some level of noise.

  • Strictly NO SMOKING policy within the property. Smoking only allowed on terraces. 

  • Please note that prices are exclusive of 7% VAT.

  • Government ECO TAX of 50c per day per guest up to a maximum of Eur5 per stay per guest is to be paid in cash at check-in.

  • We have 1 small dog on premises but kept in his own quarters.
